Hi everyone! Thank you for choosing to book your Sandals Ochi room through me, a Certified Sandals Specialist. I truly appreciate your business! As your travel agent, I am here to help with any issues that may arise with your trip. Here is some information that I would like to share with you about your booking and your trip.

Trip Insurance

We are pleased (and legally obligated) to be able to offer you travel protection through Allianz. They are a fabulous company and I have benefitted from using them personally, as did my mom (Dottie). Ask mom about her $4,000 medical bill on her cruise!! This will cover things like trip delays or cancellations, medical or dental expenses, emergency medical evacuations, lost or delayed luggage, etc. 

 

I highly recommend trip insurance in case you have to cancel at the last minute. 

 

I will be sending each of you a quote and Trip Protection Waiver that needs to be returned to me. You are not obligated to purchase travel protection and I encourage you to check your credit card benefits to see what they will cover in the event of emergencies. 

 

Room Category

You have been booked into a specific room category (as noted on your Sandals invoice) and I have requested that the entire group remains near each other. Sandals, however, reserves the right to change your room to one of equal or greater value. We try our best to ensure you are satisfied with your room but are sometimes limited by availability at time of check-in. 

 

Transfers

Just a reminder that your airport transfers are included with your Sandals booking. The invoice I sent you from Sandals has the link for you to check-in and enter your flight information so they can arrange the transfer. If you would prefer that I complete this step for you, please notify me when you have booked your flight so I can set it up. 

 

Final Payment and Cancellation Policy

As of now, all rooms have been booked and deposits have been made. The final payment is due April 29, 2019. Rooms may be cancelled without penalty up to 31 day prior to arrival or May 13, 2019. After that date, there will be penalties based on when the cancellation is made: 50% penalty 15-30 days prior to arrival and 100% penalty 0-14 days prior to arrival.
